One of our Six Areas of Focus in Rotary is basic education and literacy; increasing literacy in adults is one of the main components of this focus area. To that end we have supported a local program that does just that for adults in our community ...and they would like to say thank you.  Literacy Volunteers of Bangor is holding a celebration to thank all those who have helped them achieve their goals.The event will be on October 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the EMCC Student Success Center, 354 Hogan Road, Bangor.
