-Friday, May 1.....that's the deadline!  Our Old Town Rotary Charity Auction is next week!  Time is needed to organize and print the auction list so PLEASE get your auction item information to Linda by May 1.  The sooner you let Linda know your items, the easier the job is for everyone.  If you have a great dessert that you like to make please consider making that for an auction item as they are always popular.  This auction is vital to our Rotarian efforts.  What we do between now and May 8th will dictate how much good we are able to do for the next Rotary year.  If your item/s require a certificate and you need help with that, let Linda, Robin, Corina, or Dave Wollstadt know.  Also make sure you get your friends and neighbors to come for an evening of fun and fellowship, a nice meal, and a chance to bid on a lot of great items on the auction block.

-Please note in upcoming events that the location for the May board meeting has been changed to Stan's house.

-The District Conference is coming up in less than two weeks and it promises to be spectacular.  The story link will remain available for a few weeks for those who missed it.  District conferences are a fun time and the fact that our district spans international lines makes ours even more exciting.  Several people from our club are already signed up and they would love to have you join them.  Check out the story below for more details.

-If you are interested in the District Friendship Exchange coming up this year to Brazil, make sure you check out the story on the club website for details.  Preliminary applications are due April 30th.

-Applications are being accepted until May 1 for STEP - Rotary's Short Term Exchange Program.  See the story below for details.

-Remember to let President Corina know if you are not coming or if you are bringing guests to the meeting each week.

That's all folks......tune in to the next bulletin for more scintillating news from President Corina!!!
